Make-Your-Own Pizza Classes - are perfect for team building- your group will cook alongside our personal chef, create delicious pizzas, and enjoy great food together. The Trailer Experience
Live Pizza Making
We bring the Forno Via Trailer to your event, fire up the oven, and serve fresh, handcrafted pizzas on-site.
Guests can enjoy up to 4 different pizza options from our menu. We’re also happy to discuss customizations and accommodations for allergies and dietary needs.
Additional Add-ons:
• A mobile salad bar for a “make-your-own” fresh salad experience (for up to 80 guests)
• Individually packed Tiramisu and a selection of refreshing non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
*Minimum booking: 30 pizzas or $1,500

Enjoy the same delicious Forno Via pizza without the trailer setup. We deliver and handle the setup you just enjoy!
