Meet Shpendi, the chef behind Forno Via.
With over 13 years of culinary experience, Shpendi has mastered the art of authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, crafting each pizza with precision, patience, and respect for tradition. Born and raised in Albania, right next to Italy, he grew up surrounded by the flavors, techniques, and culture that define true Italian cuisine.
Alongside Forno Via, we also operate Events by Juna, where we create elevated event décor and seamless guest experiences. Forno Via was born from that same mindset: food as an experience, not just a service.
That’s why Forno Via and Events by Juna work so naturally together—offering clients a rare combination of exceptional cuisine and stunning event design, that allows hosts to elevate their celebrations without juggling multiple vendors..
While pizza is at the heart of what we do, our offerings go beyond the oven. For special events, we curate custom menus that may include handcrafted tiramisu, fresh salad bar, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, thoughtfully designed to elevate your celebration.
